1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our services, installing our systems, or purchasing wholesale products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Slingo operates as a premium infrastructure and wholesale supplier in Spain.

2. Wholesale & Venue Agreements

Specific commercial terms, revenue share, and operational obligations are defined in individual venue and wholesale agreements. Slingo reserves the right to select partners based on venue quality and operational capacity. All machine installations remain the property of Slingo Marbella SL unless explicitly stated otherwise in a purchase agreement.

3. Age Restrictions & Compliance

Slingo supplies nicotine pouches intended strictly for adult use. It is a material condition of our service that all end-user sales—whether through our operated vending systems or B2B wholesale channels—incorporate rigorous age verification in compliance with Spanish regulations.

4. Payment & Billing

Invoices are issued digitally through the partner portal. Payments for wholesale orders are processed securely via our certified banking partners. Failure to adhere to agreed payment terms may result in account suspension or termination of service.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 24/7 uptime on our smart machines and partner portal, Slingo does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Routine maintenance, software updates, and restocks are scheduled to minimize disruption to venue partners.

6. Liability

Slingo's liability is limited to the extent permitted by Spanish law. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business revenue outside the scope of our direct machine operations, or damages arising from venue-level misuse of our systems.
